Pioneer Bands Bandquet and Awards Night
The Pioneer Bands community celebrates the end of every school year with a banquet held in the school cafeteria. Afterwards, we hold a special program in Schreiber Auditorium to recognize each and every band member for their efforts over the year. Then our multi-talented seniors will entertain us with a special skit.
This year the banquet slideshow and check-in is at 6:00 p.m., dinner is at 6:30 p.m. For more details, please see the Band Banquet page.
As you can imagine, help is needed to make this event enjoyable for all. Please volunteer to help with setup or cleanup in the cafeteria. Setup and decorating begins at 3:45 p.m. Meet your chairperson outside the cafeteria where specific tasks will be assigned. You will have time to go home and change before the banquet. Cleanup begins about 9:00 p.m. (after the program is over) and should take only 30 to 40 minutes.
