Bearclaw Coffee Sale
Pioneer Bands have been offered the opportunity to raise additional needed funds via Pioneer alum, Deb Scroggins, CEO and President of the Bearclaw Coffee Co. Given the need for financial support of Band activities, we did not want to pass on this potentially great opportunity.
Here is the flyer that explains the details for the sale as well as the order form which you may print in color at your color printer.
Who needs Black Friday when you can order these great gifts and support PBA at the same time?!
Highlights to note:
- We receive 30% of all funds raised via coffee and tea sales
- We receive 50% of all funds raised via mug sales
You can continue to generate funds for PBA after our sale by visiting the Bearclaw website and ordering your coffee supplies through the year via their fundraising page; please see the flyer for information.
- All beverage items come packaged in a white sealed bag with a custom PIONEER BAND logo printed in purple on the front! These bags have a one-way valve to keep the contents fresh for up to 6 months (so order lots!).
- The mug is very large (holds 14 oz.), ceramic and is purple with the same custom PIONEER BAND logo on two sides of the mug. We ordered an initial 600 mugs and may be able to get more, if necessary.
- Consider a mug stuffed with a bag of coffee or a gift card as a great gift item. This would cost $18 and would generate $7.40 for PBA.
Start taking orders now. The order forms are due back to school on Friday 7 December. Delivery will be on or around Tuesday 18 December.
