2024 Senior Bon Voyage Party - Tarp Hanging

Volunteers needed!

Please consider volunteering as our band program will receive $500 in return for our work!

The Senior Bon Voyage committee collaborates with PBA to create magic for the seniors

on graduation day.  PBA needs to provide:

• volunteers to set up the tarps on the walls, in the school, on TBD
• volunteers to clean up (bring the tarps down) on TBD
• volunteers to move the tarps from the storage room to a different location closer to the band room.

The job is simple:

• find the tarp for a specific location,
• go up a ladder,
• use the existing hooks on the walls to hang the tarp
• and repeat!

Previous PBA parents made this task very easy for us by putting together a book full of pictures, notes, diagrams and helpful comments/suggestions.
